Here’s How it Works

The first step is to schedule a Fitness AssessmentWhether you are looking for an open gym membership, one-on-one sessions with a personal trainer, or both, a meeting will be necessary so we can review past health history, fitness goals, and physical limitations.  Don’t worry, this is not a high-pressure sales meeting, we just need to assess your skills and determine at what level you are able to begin.  This assessment can take anywhere from 30-90 minutes.

Once it is determined which direction you will be going, we will progress accordingly.  If a training session is in order, we will schedule one at that time.  If your skill level meets the qualifications for a open gym membership, we will do your welcome tour, create your membership account, go over equipment usage, gym etiquette and membership rules.  Visit our Frequently Asked Questions page for more information.  Now that you know what to expect,
it’s time to schedule an appointment!

*Limited Open Gym means your access level will be determined by your personal fitness level and program design.

Personal Training With Tamara

$85 for 60–min session (single)

Small group training combines the benefits of personal training with the energy and motivation of a group setting. Its a great way to get individualized attention at a lower cost while still enjoying the support and camaraderie of others with similar goals.

Circuit Training class is the perfect mix of energy, structure and motivation! Classes are designed to challenge all fitness levels, combining strentgh, cardio, functional movements for a full body workout that keeps your heart rate up and your muscles engaged. Start your Saturday with positive vibes and a little sweat!

Limited access to the gym depending on the current personal training and class schedule of Tamara. Hours are posted in the gym and occasionally change. Personal Training sessions usually take place Tues-Fri from 7am-4:30pm and Sat 8-11:30am. All other times are open for members to workout.

Destination training brings your workouts to exciting and accessible locations like parks , home gyms, office gyms, scenic trails or outdoor fitness courses. Being creative with how and even where you workout is key to helping maintain an active lifestyle.

You’re invited to stop in…

 and take a quick glance in anytime the door is open and I am around with a client or not! Then if you feel you want to set up a personal tour, consultation or fitness assessment feel free to send an email, text or even call! I am usually in the gym 7am-4ish Tuesday through Friday and Saturday at 9am for class.
